When it comes to learning new IBM technologies, what is your preferred learning style?

I’ve been teaching now for over 30 years and I’ve seen many things come and go. Classroom based instruction with an Instructor still is the dominant mode of learning, but with the advent of new broadcast and communication technologies we have a new era of opportunities.
