Wonderful content Erin and Jonathan (and Greg!). Reminds me of Rick Robinson’s work at the former eLab. I have one of his articles in my Public documents (Box.net) folder at the end of my linkedin listing (http://www.linkedin.com/in/andrewschechterman). A good read, very practical.
