Adobe’s Graphic Primer on HTML5 and CSS3

Adobe's Expressive Web Site

Adobe's Expressive Web Site walks you through the various capabilities of html5 and css3

If you are like me, you know that html5 and CSS3 has some really nice functionality that can help make a slick interface.  If you are also like me, you only have a small idea of what that really means.  Adobe has a great site that walks you through many of the capabilities brought to you by these new standards.
Unlike dry text, the site offers examples of each of the features in the image to the left.  They include:

  • Web storage
  • HTML5 video
  • HTML5 forms
  • HTML5 canvas
  • HTML5 audio
  • CSS3 fonts
  • CSS3 transitions
  • CSS3 transforms
  • CSS3 queries
  • CSS3 gradients
  • CSS3 animiations

It’s a cool, cool world that keeps developing

As a side note, Adobes new Edge tool in beta provides a way for you to more easily take advantage of these features. That’s how I found out about this site.
