Reflections from our 2026 Technical & Implementation MVPs
Every year, the Coveo MVP program shines a spotlight on individuals who go above and beyond to deliver meaningful, real‑world impact with powerful search technology. This year’s newly recognized Technical & Implementation MVPs exemplify what it means to combine deep expertise, constant curiosity, and a genuine commitment to the Coveo community.
As partners, we see firsthand how challenging it can be to implement search and relevance at scale—balancing business goals, technical complexity, and ever‑evolving customer expectations. That’s why recognizing the people who consistently rise to that challenge feels especially important. We asked our new MVPs what this recognition means to them, and their reflections speak volumes about the passion and dedication behind their work.
For Ashwini S Bhave, earning MVP status for the first time is both a personal and professional milestone. She sees the recognition as “a proud moment that recognizes years of hands‑on implementation, continuous learning, and seeing the impact of Coveo projects in real environments.” Being named a Coveo MVP, Ashwini shared, “motivates me to keep pushing myself to build, innovate, and contribute even more to the Coveo community.”
That drive to push the platform further is echoed by Paul Anderson, who approaches every project with a clear goal: delivering “the best Coveo search experience possible” for his employer and clients. Having his work recognized at an MVP level is deeply validating for Paul. It reinforces the idea that “having my Coveo work recognized as MVP‑level accomplishments is quite validating” and encourages him to keep pushing boundaries and exploring how far Coveo can go.
For Randeep Singh, the MVP award is both an honor and a commitment. Being selected for the program affirms the quality and impact of his work and strengthens his excitement about what comes next. Randeep looks forward to continuing his collaboration with Coveo, helping bring leading‑edge search capabilities to customers and enabling experiences that feel effortless, intuitive, and intelligent.
Community plays a central role in the MVP experience, and Ryan Weeber highlights that aspect clearly. For Ryan, this recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the work he truly enjoys—“solving hard problems and sharing knowledge with a great community.” As he looks ahead, Ryan is excited to “look forward to another year of building smarter experiences with Coveo.”
