One of the highlights of the day was a mesmerising piano performance by our talented colleague, Narani Srimani. Her soulful rendition captivated the audience and served as a testament to the creativity and talent that women bring to the workplace.
To promote holistic well-being, an illuminating session on the value of yoga in life was presented by Leena Roy, a certified Yoga instructor, marathoner, a professionally certified fitness coach, and a motivator for women in fitness. She emphasised the benefits of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being, encouraging everyone to incorporate yoga into our daily routine, which allows us to focus on our bodies and discover inspiration to live better, happier lives. She also noted how minor activities like taking a brief walk around the workplace and having one-on-one conversations may have a positive impact on our lifestyle, especially in today’s fast-paced world when we rarely have time to get up from our desks and converse.
The celebration concluded with a cake cutting ceremony, where employees came together to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women in technology.
