Perficient has once again been named a Best Place to Work in Orange County. Not to mention, this is our fifth consecutive year being recognized! Winning this award yet again means so much to our Southern California team because not only does it serve as a reminder of our constant commitment to excellence, but this award also reflects the strength of our company culture, one that challenges and champions great people.
Behind the Award
The Best Places to Work program was created back in 2009 and is a project of the Orange County Business Journal in partnership with Workforce Research Group, a third-party survey administrator. This program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California.
There are two key components to the awards process. One, an in-depth employer profile that outlines various aspects about Perficient. The second part consists of an anonymous survey sent directly to Southern California employees to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth around 80% of the total evaluation and measures areas like compensation, benefits, culture, etc. The combined scores of both the employer profile and anonymous survey determined winners.
What’s even more special about this award, is that the feedback from our employees allowed us to once again be a Best Place to Work in Orange County.
A Look At Our Award-Winning Team
Our Southern California office is home to a close-knit group that supports, uplifts, and motivates one another. This remarkable team consistently participates in engaging team-building activities, exciting events, and loves building genuine connections which bring them together. The office radiates the spirit of the Perficient culture, and we are delighted that, once again, we have been honored with the title of a Best Place to Work in Orange County.
