The St. Louis Business Journal has officially identified Perficient as a 2023 Best Place to Work in its annual awards program. Earlier in the year, Perficient was named a finalist by the Business Journal. Now, they have announced the full list of winners in a special publication. We’re proud to once again be recognized for our commitment to cultivating an award-winning culture for our Perficient colleagues.
What Does This Mean for Us?
Over 170 St. Louis area organizations submitted a nomination to be considered for the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program. Earlier in the year, our St. Louis area employees received an invitation to participate in an anonymous survey to provide their honest feedback about Perficient. This survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. Topics such as compensation, employee engagement, benefits, and more were collected in this survey. Once surveys were collected, they were then rigorously scored by Quantum Workplaces, a third-party survey administrator to determine finalists.
The glowing responses from our employees allowed us to become a 2023 St. Louis Best Places to Work winner. Of the over 170 organizations that submitted a nomination, 68 have been identified as Best Places to Work. Perficient has been placed in the “big” category along with 16 other organizations, based on our total number of employees.
Brian Conway, General Manager for our St. Louis operations is continuously proud of this team. So, we wanted to get his thoughts on the award and what this means for Perficient. When asked “how do you feel about the team winning this award for yet another year?”, his response:
“I couldn’t be prouder of our team and the culture that we’ve built together. It’s truly a testament to our amazing people and the positivity they bring each and every day.”
As an innovative global digital consultancy, we’re always looking towards the future and how we can continuously improve the Perficient experience for both our clients and employees. We asked Brian one final question, “Looking towards the future, what are you looking forward to the most in 2023 with this team?”, his response:
“Each and every year this team continues to excel and surpass expectations. What I look forward to most is looking back at the end of the year at all of their achievements and the genuine difference that each of them will have made in 2023.”
A Glimpse into the Award-Winning Team
Working directly out of our global headquarters, our St. Louis team is a strong and mighty group. If there’s one thing about this group to know, it’s that they love to get involved wherever they can. From packing food items at the St. Louis area food bank to help fight food insecurity, keeping our adopt-a-highway clean, to spreading holiday cheer at Light up Glennon, this group is ready to roll up its sleeves. The group has also been known to catch a sports game after work – thanks to our continued partnerships with the Cardinals and Blues! Regardless of what they’re up to, they’re always having a blast while doing it together.
