We’re thrilled that, for the 3rd year in a row, Perficient Latin America has been included on the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Global Outsourcing 100 List! This esteemed recognition, in its 14th year, is considered the global, standard-setting award highlighting the world’s best outsourcing service providers.
“Companies that outsource, not only in the traditional sense but also through the wide array of the ever-changing collaborative business models, are scrutinizing their providers very closely, which is why choosing the right partners is more important than ever,” said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. “The GO100 is the definitive guide to help companies research and compare service providers with whom they are considering relationships.”
Perficient Latin America was first included on the list in 2018 and for the second time in 2019 for The Best of the GO100. This year, our recognition is especially important as we enter our biggest year yet as a company. Leaders in the Outsourcing Industry: IAOP and Perficient Latin America
The Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists are essential references for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. The lists include companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services. They include not only today’s leaders but tomorrow’s rising stars.
Over more than 33 years, Perficient Latin America has worked hard to become a leading name in the software development outsourcing industry. Through multiple recognitions by IAOP, a Global Leader from Clutch.co and prestigious awards such as the Watts Humphrey Software Process Achievement Award by the Software Engineering Institute & IEEE, Perficient Latin America is firmly placing itself among the greatest in the outsourcing industry.
To help ensure participation by a broad cross-section of the industry, The Global Outsourcing 100 list includes larger established global firms, referred to as ‘Leaders,’ smaller, faster-growing firms with less than $50 million per year in revenue and/or fewer than 5,000 employees, referred to as ‘Rising Stars,’ as well as ‘Advisors,’ regardless of size. The final list is composed of the top-scoring companies, regardless of type.
The on-line application mirrors that employed by top customers when considering potential outsourcing service providers and advisors. For 2020, four areas were considered and judged:
- Customer References as demonstrated through value being created at the company’s top customers.
- Awards and Certifications as demonstrated through the value being created through industry recognition, and relevant organizational and individual professional certifications.
- Programs for Innovation as demonstrated through specific programs and resulting outcomes that produce new forms of value for customers.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as shown through corporate programs and outcomes that address such topics as community involvement and development, labor practices, human rights, fair operating practices, environmental impacts, consumer issues, and organizational governance.
Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
