I’ve been working at Perficient Latin America for 5 years and a half.
What gets you up in the morning, ready for another day at Perficient Latin America?
The drive to contribute to the company, working on my self-development, and getting to set new professional goals every day. Perficient Latin America gives me many opportunities to expand my knowledge and advance, so I take this as a cue to try to contribute solutions and be an active part of the company’s growth. Additionally, I’m motivated by the spaces and the activities outside of work that Perficient Latin America provides.
What are your biggest professional challenges?
I would say, keeping up to date with everything that’s related to my role, continuously discovering my strengths and trying to leverage them to meet my goals. It’s important to keep betterment in mind when it comes to the processes in my projects and executing them. Overall, it’s key to remain positive in order to achieve your goals.
