Thanks to Kara Whitlow for pointing me to this article.
When you look at digital transformation, the custom facing side means you have to meet customers where they are and that means a variety of social media channels have to be included. It doesn’t matter if you are in the B2C or B2B world, social media can matter. It matters in people finding you. It matters in influencing perception. It matters in managing relationships.
There’s an interesting article about, “The 9 Best Social Media Tools For Small Business” on digital.com. Don’t be thrown off by the small business part. Many tools on the list are used by more than just small businesses. I won’t go into the entire article because the author, Katie Horne, talks to each of the vendors on the list. It’s worth doing a quick review if you have a gap in the social media arena.
The article lists these 9:
- Crowdfire
- DrumUp
- Hootsuite
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Sendible
- SocialOomph
- SocialPilot
- Sprinklr
- Sprout Social
