Make no mistake, Perficient occupies princely space in The Queen City.
The company’s newer Cincinnati offices, a touchstone for 20 colleagues, overlook the trendy Rookwood business and entertainment district just north of downtown. General Manager John Griffin said the facilities offer an inviting mix of comfort and inspiration.
“The goal was to create an environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie,” he said. “We have some traditional office and cube space for personal work, but the collaborative work space is really the center of our environment. It consists of a circular-sofa sitting area with laptop stands and a table with comfortable group seating.”
As for the neighborhood, “the area has a great vibe, and that vibe carries right into our office environment,” Griffin said.
Setting up shop in trendy Rookwood also enables the office to host events and participate in other engaging activities that this area is notorious for.
Inside the office, Perficient colleagues throw holiday parties and organize a customer appreciation event each spring with the Cincinnati Reds.
“Anything that is Cincinnati – the Reds, the Bengals, Proctor & Gamble, Cintas, Great American Insurance – is very important to us here at Perficient,” Griffin said. “This is an exciting place to be right now.”
