Last week, InfoWeek released their buyers guide for social business software and its really nothing surprising. They have what one could consider leaders: Jive, IBM, SocialText – all dependent on the end solution. But as I always say, this isn’t a build it and they will come. A prime example of this is LinkedIn. I know of industries and leaders in industries that still think twice about joining LinkedIn – the worlds largest professional social network. There is still an adoption and management hurdle. 15% of companies have issues of employees using it too much (not a bad problem). Still user adoption, explaining role of social business and application management. I have a solution for that.
