Top Workplaces recognizes leading organizations in both regional and national programs across North America. What’s most unique about this award is that it’s based solely on employee feedback. Gathered through a third-party survey administrated by Energage, Minneapolis employees were able to share honest feedback, which granted us this recognition once again. These surveys cover a range of factors, including compensation, benefits, work-life balance, career growth opportunities, and more.

At the end of the day, the team enjoys connecting with one another outside of the 9-5 too. They have a shared passion for getting involved in their community through a variety of initiatives and having fun while doing so!
