Perficient Named a Top 100 Company to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2016 by FlexJobs

FlexJobs_Perficient_Remote_Jobs_2016_250We are proud to announce that Perficient has landed on FlexJobs’ annual list of the top 100 companies to watch for remote and telecommuting jobs in 2016. This is the second consecutive year that Perficient has received the recognition.

FlexJobs, a job service specializing in remote and flexible job opportunities, analyzed its database of more than 40,000 companies’ job posting histories in 2015 to determine which companies would be most likely to incorporate telecommuting into their hiring practices in 2016. To be considered, companies had to offer a telecommuting-friendly component to some of their jobs, such as an arrangement to telecommute entirely, part of the time, or as an option.

Perficient has embraced the principles of a flexible work environment and provides employees with a variety of work options. Perficient colleagues spend their work hours in three primary ways:

Client Sites – Many of our consultants will spend a significant portion of their time at the client site doing hands-on work with Perficient peers and client team members. The amount of time spent at a client site will vary by engagement, but most projects do require onsite visibility.

Perficient Offices – Perficient’s professionals serve clients from a network of offices across North America, including our domestic delivery center in Lafayette, LA, and from our offshore delivery centers in India and China. Many colleagues enjoy spending time in the office collaborating with team members or participating in training.

Working from Home – In certain situations, Perficient colleagues can work from home when there are no immediate needs at the client site or Perficient offices. In certain situations, Perficient will hire an employee in a full-time remote role if they don’t live near an office, are available for travel, and can perform their required tasks remotely.
Perficient also uses the social collaboration tools Lync and Yammer to help colleagues stay connected regardless of their geographic location.
