TM1 Solution Architect, IBM Business Analytics Group
- IBM Cognos TM1-at Solution Architect Level
- Experience implementing Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting solutions
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Capture and analyze requirements and develop and document designs in a business intelligence/data warehouse environment
- Think and act independently and take the lead on projects
- Strong Client Presentation/Meeting Skills – Must be able to participate in Client Meetings/JAD sessions/User Acceptance Testing. Leadership skills and experience in these areas is a plus
- Additional Education – MBA, MS, CPA, etc. is a plus
- Technical Certifications – IBM-Cognos TM1 is a plus
- Must be open to at least 50% travel
Senior ILOG/WODM Architect, National IBM Business Unit
- Should have at least 10 plus years of industry experience with 6-8 years experience in rules engine and 4-6 years of experience in ILOG JRules.
- He/she should experience in the entire lifecycle of a business rules implementation project and not just design and development.
- Experience in defining and implementing rule governance is a must.
- Should have worked in a rules center of excellence and aware of how to create one for an organization
- Should be a thought leader in the rules space and capable of setting architectural direction from a rules perspective.
- Excellent knowledge of requirements analysis, estimation, architecting, designing complex rules.
- Able to define best practices for iLOG implementation
- Should be able to work very closely with both technical and functional people and act as iLOG SME
- Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies.
- Draws on extensive knowledge base (e.g., infrastructure, technology, and applications) to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
- Should be willing to travel 100%
