Latest Interview: Omniture’s Bill Mungovan – Comment Here

One of my favorite topic areas to explore are the issues with multi-channel marketing. With more and more ways to advertise these days and more and more interaction between marketing channels, it is a really important frontier in search marketing. That’s why this interview with Omniture’s Bill Mungovan is so interesting. Bill is the director of marketing for Omniture SearchCenter, which is Omniture’s product for paid campaign management.
Among other things, we discuss several techniques for measuring results across multiple channels. I know I learned some things in the process of the interview, so check it out!
