With the Rocky Mountains as a beautiful backdrop, Perficient’s Denver office is home to about 85 colleagues from more than 15 different Perficient business units.
“The representation of so many business units in Denver and the level of collaboration we have on local projects, office gatherings and community events is truly a great example of what it means to work at Perficient,” says general manager Mary-Beth Ostasz.
Located in the heart of downtown, the office location is perfect for a lunch walk to get tacos on the 16th Street Mall or to unwind over a steak dinner at the popular Elway’s.
Residents and visiting consultants alike love to visit the world-famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre and take in the amazing geological views at a concert or Film on the Rocks.
There’s plenty for sports fans, too. Local teams include the Nuggets, Avalanche, Rockies, Rapids and of course Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.
Outside of work, Denver’s mile-high location makes for four beautiful seasons. Team members can take a half day to go skiing in January or spend a long weekend hiking in July.
Known for its 300 days of sunshine a year, Colorado is the place to be for outdoor activities all year round. Team members spend their free time hiking and biking the beautiful Rocky Mountains or playing soccer and volleyball in Denver’s parks.
Even team meetings take place in local parks and end with volleyball and kickball games.
Colorado also has a thriving craft brewing scene with more than 200 breweries in the state, ranking it second in the country for craft production. Denver is even the host to the Great American Beer Festival, the largest U.S. public tasting and brewing competition.
At work, team members help each other out with career counseling and training, but they also help out the community with fundraisers and volunteer efforts.
Afterwards, they kick back with team spring ski days, happy hours and spend some time getting to know colleagues who aren’t on daily projects.
