How Did We Win?
Top Workplaces and Energage (a third-party survey) work hand-in-hand to gather feedback from participating company employees to determine winners. Anonymous surveys were sent to our Southern California employees to gather feedback around our organization. Questions consisted of a variety of culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization (pay, benefits, productivity, communication, etc.). Because of the outstanding feedback from our colleagues, we were able to reclaim this outstanding award once again.
Meet the Award-Winning Team
As our Southern California team approaches the milestone of 100 employees, our ongoing expansion reflects our commitment to growth. To better understand this team, I wanted to go straight to the source, so I asked our General Manager of Perficient’s California operations, Henry Heisler, how he felt about his team winning this award once again. His response:
I remain very proud to be part of a team that has won numerous awards like this one, demonstrating our commitment to our people, communities and clients. As technology continues to evolve and weave into our work and personal lives, Perficient and our team are guiding our clients toward solutions that help them keep pace. This also provides our colleagues with exposure to new and leading edge technologies and ideas, while we make sure to have fun working together along the way. I’m excited about what new successes and learnings the coming year will bring for our team!
Throughout the years, this team has established a robust presence within their community, actively engaging in volunteer work with organizations such as the Second Harvest Food Drive, Orange County Rescue Mission, and Children’s Hospital Orange County, among others. Beyond their philanthropic endeavors, this close-knit group also loves to host various cultural events throughout the year like their annual Halloween picnic, which stands out as a much-anticipated occasion, reflecting their dedication to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community spirit.
