Top Workplaces recognizes leading organizations in both regional and national programs across North America. What’s most unique about this award is that it’s based solely on employee feedback. Gathered
through a third-party survey administrated by Energage, Chicagoland employees were able to share honest feedback, which granted us this recognition once again. These surveys cover a range of factors, including compensation, benefits, work-life balance, career growth opportunities, and more. The Top Workplace awards hold a special place in our hearts because it serves as a reminder of the core principles that drive us every day.
Meet the Team:
Our Perficient Chicago team has been actively engaged in fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture. Over the past year, they’ve had the pleasure of participating in a variety of engaging activities that brought our team members closer together. Here are a few examples of how the team spent their free time this past year:
JP Morgan Corporate Challenge: Our team members laced up their running shoes and came together to participate in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge. It was an incredible day of camaraderie, with Perficient being one of 279 companies represented, and a total of 7000 participants. Together, they ran and walked a 5K, and afterwards, enjoyed some well-deserved food and drinks. The average finish time of our 11 participants was an impressive 40 minutes and 8 seconds!
Beach Volleyball: The Chicago lakefront became their summer post-work playground as they gathered for an afternoon of beach volleyball. The sun, sand, and friendly competition made for a perfect day of bumping, setting, and spiking. It was a fantastic opportunity for team members to unwind and connect outside of the office.
Annual Holiday Party: As the year drew to a close, the team celebrated the holiday season in style with our colleagues. The Chicago team came together for a memorable evening at Half Acre Beer Company. It was a wonderful way to cap off the year and strengthen their bond as a team.
2023 Chicago Women in Tech Conference: Our Women in Tech (WiT) ERG is an active and passionate community where women and their allies can share ideas, find resources, and support fellow colleagues. This year, Perficient and our team in Chicago were proud to sponsor and attend the annual Chicago Women in Tech Conference.
These activities are just a glimpse of the vibrant and dynamic culture that defines Perficient in Chicago. As we move into 2024, we can’t wait to see what the team accomplishes next!
