Today we announced our intent to acquire Zeon Solutions, a firm specializing in e-commerce, content management, product information management, mobile and digital marketing solutions.
Zeon Solutions is an excellent addition to our team, bringing a unique combination of strategy, engagement and technology services, a proven track record of growth and profitability, an impressive reputation and a strong client roster.
The addition of Zeon Solutions deepens Perficient’s e-commerce expertise and enables us to provide more powerful enterprise digital solutions for our customers. Perficient is better positioned than ever before to help clients effectively address market changes and realize lasting business results.
Additionally, this acquisition increases Perficient’s geographic footprint, adding U.S. market locations in Milwaukee and Ann Arbor, as well as an off-shore delivery center in Nagpur, India. Altogether, nearly 400 consulting, technology, sales and support professionals are joining our team.

Today, we announced the acquisition of the IBM Smarter Commerce team from Trifecta Technologies, a business and technology consulting firm focused on IBM WebSphere Commerce solutions.

Like Perficient, the Trifecta team is an IBM Premier Business Partner. They’re an excellent addition to our team, enhancing Perficient’s IBM Commerce practice by bringing exemplary IBM WebSphere Commerce expertise, an award-winning, asset-based solution called Store-in-a-Box, and a proven track record of growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

This acquisition provides great value to customers. Our clients are challenged with rising customer demands as today’s consumers expect brands to provide consistent experiences across a number of channels like websites, mobile phones and their customer service centers. With the addition of Trifecta’s commerce team, Perficient is better positioned to help our clients improve their commerce strategies, helping deliver fast, flexible and cost-effective solutions to our customers that provide consistent and positive customer experiences regardless of when, where or how they choose to interact.

As a leading IT consulting firm focused entirely on the life sciences industry, BioPharm Systems has extensive expertise in health sciences industry business processes, best practices, performance optimization and risk mitigation. They have an outstanding reputation, and an impressive client roster.

With the addition of BioPharm Systems, Perficient is expanding its industry vertical expertise, adding a dedicated life sciences vertical. Why the need for a dedicated practice? The healthcare and life sciences industries are highly regulated and complex. Perficient believes there is substantial opportunity to better help our life sciences clients with their information technology challenges and requirements, including offering products and services designed to help accelerate the development of new drugs, devices and therapies, and improve the productivity, safety and effectiveness of clinical trials.

BioPharm Systems deepens Perficient’s current clinical trial management, clinical data management, safety and pharmacovigilance solutions.

TriTek’s client roster contains many of the leading financial services and insurance firms, and it has a strong geographic presence in the Northeast, with office locations in Boston, New York City, and the Washington, D.C. metro area – a hub for major financial services organizations.

The financial services marketplace continues to evolve, and if financial services organizations want to remain competitive, they must make strategic investments in technology. The acquisition of TriTek comes at a time when information has become a powerful asset for banks and insurance firms.
