Monarch Bioenergy needed to create core Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management processes that would support alternative energy commodity billing and operations.


  • Implemented Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Oracle Cloud SCM Procurement and Inventory, Oracle Project Portfolio Management, and Oracle Cloud EPM.
  • The solution went live in 2023 after a seven-month implementation using Perficient’s Agile Based Cloud Implementation Framework.
  • Sunset Legacy processes in ViewPoint
  • Transformed and converted Inventory Items, Customers, Suppliers, Fixed Assets & Projects from ViewPoint to Oracle Fusion
  • Oracle Procure to Pay solution was implemented to support of Monarch’s business process
  • Oracle Project Portfolio Management was implemented to facilitate the creation, control, and tracking of Projects
