Top Workplaces recognizes leading organizations in both regional and national programs across North America. What’s most unique about this award is that it’s based solely on employee feedback. Gathered through a third-party survey administrated by Energage, Minneapolis employees were able to share honest feedback. The generous feedback from our colleagues granted us this recognition once again. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization.

Meet the Award-Winning Team
Our team in Minneapolis is no stranger when it comes to making their voices heard both in and out of the office. That said, the group has a shared passion for supporting a variety of organizations within their community. For instance, Technovation has been an organization close to the team’s heart for many years. This organization has the goal of teaching girls the skills they need to change the world with technology. Over the years, Perficient colleagues in Minneapolis have volunteered as mentors to help the girls reach their goals.
Earlier this year, we also announced a new Bright Paths Program cohort in Minneapolis. Created in 2020, our Bright Paths Program is advancing STEM education and career opportunities while helping to close the employment gaps that exist in the tech industry, especially among women and minorities. To date, nearly 70 Bright Path students have joined Perficient and we can’t wait to see how the Minneapolis team will continue to grow.
