Perficient is pleased to announce that we have landed a spot on the Chicago Tribune’s 2021 Top Workplaces list! This is the third time our Chicago team has won this distinction. It’s also their second award win of the year (check out their Best & Brightest award)!
Behind the Awards
The Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback. Energage, LLC, a third-party employee engagement technology partner, administers a survey to employees. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. 
“Employees want to align with the company’s vision. They want to be challenged by a high-performance culture and feel that they are valued and heard.” – Top Workplaces
This year a record-breaking 295 companies participated in the Top Workplaces survey. Energage deemed 200 of them a Top Workplace. In order to participate, companies needed to have at least 100 employees in the Chicago area. The surveyed companies collectively employ 159,903 people in the Chicago area.
An Award Winning Culture
Around the world our teams are committed to creating a unified, inclusive culture that supports and celebrates one another. And our Chicago team is no exception! They continually engage in activities and causes that bring them together. Even as we’ve all remained virtual over the past 20 months, they have come together to celebrate our Perficient culture by:
- Testing their brains with a team trivia night
- Going green with a virtual Green Team meeting
- Confronting the PPE shortage with a DIY approach
- Hosting a virtual fitness challenge called “Miracle Miles”
- Participating in Perficient’s Make a December Difference Campaign with a virtual food drive
- And so much more!
This win adds to our growing list of honors and awards won by our offices and teams around the country. In fact, Perficient has won Top Workplace distinctions in Atlanta, St. Louis, Minnesota, and more to come in 2021!
