Meet Megan Glasow, Director
Describe a typical day in your role.
I’m focused on empowering our project delivery teams to be high-performing and self-organizing. We believe this mindset is what brings the most value to our clients.
I’m accountable for quality solution delivery, ensuring our clients receive the value and outcomes they need and ensuring the team is happy and engaged. I start each day sorting through my calendar and email inbox to understand where my priorities need to be and how I can continue to help our teams and clients move the needle forward.
How are you making an impact?
First and foremost, my goal is to empower and promote our team members. Ideally, I hope that I am able to give them the personal and professional opportunities they want and that makes them fulfilled and happy. I want our team to know that I care about them and their success in all aspects of their life.
Secondly, I hope to make our clients heroes. It’s very rewarding to hear our client stakeholders talk about the solutions built, the capabilities of Salesforce, and seeing them educate others on the value and capabilities built within Salesforce.
What are your proudest accomplishments, personally and professionally?
I’m proud of the life my husband and I have built together in Fargo, ND, with our two kids and the opportunities and experiences we are able to provide them. I’m also proud that I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane even though I’m very afraid of heights.
Milestone moments at Perficient…..there’s quite a few. A recent one that stands out includes being part of a panel with the Women in Tech ERG group and hearing a story from a team member about how I’ve positively impacted her life.

Why are you #ProudlyPerficient?
We are at a critical point in our company where we can continue to define and redefine our broader purpose. Our leaders and our company can use this time to solidify ourselves as a place people want to go to make their mark professionally. That’s exciting.
What motivates you in your daily work?
Purpose.
I’m motivated by our people are my purpose and seeing them thrive, show off their expertise, learn new things, and contribute to a high-performing team keeps me motivated.
And knowing that our client stakeholders are able to expand and grow their careers, expertise, and value to their organizations is part of my purpose.
How have you grown your career with Perficient?
My major in college was Entrepreneurship. Even though I haven’t yet started my own business, the mindset of an entrepreneur has been a critical component to the growth I’ve seen in my career and how I look at my role within Perficient. I believe curiosity and adaptability are two characteristics that have contributed to my career growth.
Taking interest in learning new things, connecting with other people, and adapting to changes optimistically will take you places.
What’s something surprising people might not know about you or your background?
Once I retire, I’d like to be a teacher or a marine biologist! 🙂
What are you passionate about outside of work?
Building a community that you and others want to be a part of. It’s up to each of us to contribute to our community and make it a place where those living there can thrive. Also, supporting and enabling women wherever they are on their journey is important.
