Perficient’s Contact Center Solution Architect, Lora-Lee Pond, is set to join Twilio experts Thursday, May 4th, for Twilio Talks to discuss augmenting, adapting, and accelerating cloud-based contact center solutions. Lora-Lee will discuss what Perficient has seen in the industry when it comes to rapidly changing environments, and how our services can help bring agility and flexibility in order to thrive in today’s market.

Operate like an enterprise, iterate like a disruptor.

Rapid change has become the new normal. Being agile is not nice to have, but essential in order to thrive in this new environment. Organizations are looking for alternatives to quickly adapt, and begin to thrive so they can successfully support their customers, while protecting their existing investments. The key is to expand and modernize their contact center at their own pace – with minimized risks & minimal disruptions to agents.

Join us for an hour-long session where Twilio and Perficient experts will share how to augment your existing solutions to expand digital engagement with increased speed, automate responses and even scale services to other territories or geographies.

Whether migrating from on-premises to cloud through augmentation, or moving directly to the cloud, we will show you how current customers are doing it with Twilio and best practices learned along the way.

This is the first session in a series of session to be held by Twilio and Perficient experts. Additional sessions will be held in June and July.
