Perficient is a Top Workplace in Atlanta
This week, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution recognized what our Atlanta colleagues already know and named Perficient as one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Atlanta for 2020!
“I consider it an honor to be a part of the Perficient Atlanta family, and I know everyone here shares that sentiment,” Jason Barrett, general manager in Atlanta, shares proudly.
In November, Atlanta employees received a survey about different aspects of the office, including work environment, opportunity for career growth, and insight into leadership’s decision-making. The feedback given by our employees was so positive that Perficient was selected out of 3,000 companies to be one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Atlanta; in fact, Perficient was named #22 out of the 65 businesses in the Small Company group.
Let the Top Workplace in Atlanta Celebration Begin!
The Top 150 Workplaces were invited to a Banquet at the Georgia Aquarium on Wednesday, February 26, where the awards were given out to each company. Members of the Atlanta Business Unit, Microsoft Business Unit, and Sitecore Business Unit were present to cheer on our office and accept our title as a Top Workplace in Atlanta.

The whole Atlanta office celebrated this accomplishment together on Monday, March 2nd with cake and champagne! In typical Atlanta office style, a celebratory round of table tennis quickly followed the announcement.

This award truly is a testament to all of the people in the Atlanta office who put in the extra hours, whether it’s to help their peer with confusing code, planning an office outing, or just playing some cards in the break room after work. The employees in the Perficient Atlanta office are proud of this accomplishment!
