Very interesting and informative. I have taken tests like this before and my results are pretty consistent. I was a 9. My top three were 9, 2, and 1. I believe these tests are very helpful for self awareness and also beneficial in knowing how to communicate effectively with other styles. It proves that everyone brings something to the table personally and in the work place. This would be a great team building exercise.
