As Boomi World wraps up and I reflect on the week, several things stand out to me. It was a week of many technology announcements, learning, and networking. Even though we heard themes focused on technology; connect, modernize, transform, innovate. It seemed that there should have been the 5th theme around COMMUNITY. Giving back to the community and building a community.
Boomi and Dell Technologies are giving back in a big way. We saw Boomi and Dell Technologies pledging to donate up to $20k to the American Cancer Society Foundation with the pass the baton challenge. Dell Boomi also pledged to help 1,000 Veterans get certified through the Boomi Veterans Academy, which provides training, certification, mentorship, and on the job training for Veterans and spouses of veterans.
Boomiverse is a community of 65k users growing into a thriving experience with added gamification, certifications, knowledge share, and more. The boomiverse community is for users to collaborate, learn, build robust networks, have fun, and give back the knowledge they’ve gained. The power of this ecosystem was evident throughout the conference, where partners and customers were learning and sharing knowledge.
We heard a lot about innovation Boomi is doing for the platform, as well as new use cases coming from the intelligence-based insights of the data that is coming and going through the platform. We learned about building 360-degree views of customers and getting insights such as the data flow, and locality, conversational AI to be more human-driven and contact centers of the future where you could solve issues through regular conversation and even in different languages.
Boomi is not only innovating their solutions to help customers go higher and go faster; they are evolving their partner program and portal to help partners move more quickly through enablement, automation, and visibility introducing new sales tools, resource guides, playbooks, training paths and adding new certifications. It is an exciting time to be a Boomi partner.
