Oracle announced the CEI program during Oracle Open World 2017. According to Oracle, “this program identifies, recognizes, and differentiates highly qualified consulting firms that demonstrate ongoing expertise, successful track records, and superior customer satisfaction in Oracle Cloud implementations by specified geography and cloud service module.” Oracle created this program as a means for customers to differentiate partners within the Oracle Partner Network to ensure maximum success with Oracle Cloud implementations.

Once accepted into the program, Oracle partners must maintain a certain level of skills and high customer satisfaction ratings. Performance is periodically reviewed by Oracle, demonstrating Oracle’s commitment to this program and customer success.
