We replaced their legacy CRM with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integrated Orion’s Trade Order Management platform with Salesforce using Orion Connect, which was developed specifically for this implementation. To ensure a better rate of adoption than they experienced the first time, we delivered change management services in preparation for and support of the technical implementation.
