Why Perficient’s Emphasis on Integrity Makes Me Proud

Although I joined the Perficient family just over a year ago, the unique culture of Integrity and authenticity has already made a profound impact on my time here. These values, as well as many others, have made me a proud employee of Perficient!

Supportive Culture

During the hiring process, the culture within the company was very important aspect to me, and one that Perficient excelled in. After each conversation I had, there was something that resonated with me and told me that this is a true company that believes in their people and believes in bringing everyone together.

When I accepted my job offer, I immediately felt welcome and excited to work with such an authentic, supportive company.

The Value of Integrity

It’s also important to me to work for a company that values integrity because I believe that is the core foundation of who I am as an individual. It is important to me to surround myself with people in my professional and personal life who value the same morals and characteristics as I do.

That is why working for an honest and trustworthy company like Perficient makes it stand out among other company’s; to both its employees and clients.

Internal and External Authenticity

I have worked for other technology companies throughout my career. Perficient, since the beginning has been authentic to who it is, and doesn’t try to be something it is not. Like I tell our clients, we are truly all about the “people, process, and technology”. I think we exhibit that to our customers, and internally within the company as well.
