The new website we created for OhioHealth has received industry recognition for the third time since launch with the announcement of the W3 Award winners. The new OhioHealth.com earned a Gold award in the Healthcare Services Website category at the W3 Awards after also earning Creativity International and WebAwards nods earlier this year.
The new web experience makes it easy for OhioHealth, a not-for-profit network of 11 hospitals and more than 29,000 healthcare providers, to communicate with and serve its patients. Visitors can use the new user-friendly and completely responsive site to access their medical records and billing information, locate healthcare providers in their area, and access valuable health-related content.
Good UX Means Good Business
In a world where technology is rapidly advancing and user expectations are rising, it’s no longer enough to have an average user experience; to delight your users and surpass your competition you must strive for the exceptional.
This marks the third consecutive year of W3 wins for Perficient Digital. The websites we’d created for Carhartt’s Fall Lookbook and The Henry Ford earned Gold and Silver awards, respectively, in 2016. We added another Silver award to the shelf in 2017 with the new cross-platform mobile app we created for Jackson Energy Authority.
The W3 Awards are facilitated and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an invite-only organization comprised of leading professionals from across the media, interactive, advertising, and marketing spheres. The annual awards honor the creative and marketing professionals behind the award-winning websites, videos, and marketing programs, recognizing creative excellence around the web.
