When people ask me what I do for a living, I’m proud to tell them what we do for our clients. I’m into technology. I love it, and I can see the world and where it’s going. Perficient is helping corporations get there in a really big way. We’re enabling their moonshots. I’m proud to be a part of it.
Solutions That Make Our Clients Shine
I find great satisfaction in putting up a goal and accomplishing it. I also have high expectations as a consumer of the companies I work with. Helping clients achieve their goals by implementing innovative solutions strikes both of those chords.
Integrity Is Everything
In every meeting, we can tell a client, “we are not experts in this, or we don’t do this, but we’re really great over here.” We are forthcoming and honest with them and set proper expectations and then execute on those. At the end of the day, when we’re talking about integrity, we have to stand behind what we deliver and what we say, and we do that.
Teammates Feel Like Family
Collaborating with the folks at Perficient has allowed me to really embody myself in the culture and start a family within the corporation. As you work more closely together, you start to grow bonds and have similar goals and challenges. That’s something that’s been really fulfilling for me.
I love the people at Perficient. We’re all committed. We work hard and play hard sometimes. I’ve had a great experience. Doing what I love and doing it with great people makes it even better.
