As a Gold-Certified, award-winning Microsoft partner and one of just a handful of Microsoft National Solution Providers, this addition allows us to help our clients successfully plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 to fuel their Digital Transformation.

We will offer an end-to-end suite of services for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Also, we recently announced the acquisition of Clarity Consulting, bringing an industry-leading cloud contact center product, Clarity Connect, into our suite of offerings. Perficient will integrate Clarity Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create a one-of-kind cloud-based, omni-channel customer engagement solution. We will also further deepen our offerings on Microsoft and Adobe by building industry-specific scenarios that integrate Adobe’s Marketing Cloud products with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.

Finally, we sought out an experienced leader to grow and lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice, appointing Brad Beumer as the director. Beumer has more than 17 years of business solutions leadership and delivery experience, has led multiple Dynamics pursuits and engagements for Global 2000® clients, and is an expert on omni-channel contact center solutions.
