Use Digital Marketing Layers Like an #AEMRockstar

This year’s Adobe Summit was the biggest and best yet. It was also the inaugural year for the AEM Rockstar competition and session. Dan Klco, an experienced Adobe Digital Marketing Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Consultant and Advisor from Perficient, nailed his presentation and wowed both attendees and the judging panel. As the winner, he took home a pretty sweet drone.
If you missed Summit, or maybe attended but were unable to join the #AEMRockstar session, Adobe has you covered.  Over on Adobe’s Content Management blog, they are pulling together a series of posts on AEM tips and tricks from each of the five finalists.
In the first #AEMRockstar postDan recaps his Summit presentation on Digital Marketing Layers in AEM. He shares how this important design pattern can help simplify Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations. He also introduces AEM DataLayer, a new Open Source library for creating DataLayers in AEM.
You can read the full post to follow along step by step. Dan has also created a Spark video demo walking you through the process.
If you need further support around the AEM DataLayer, Dan recommends opening an issue on GitHub or message him on Twitter at @klcodanr.
