BSN Sports Makes a Slam Dunk with Mobile Commerce

These are the key stats for BSN Sports, the largest distributor of team sports apparel and sports equipment in the U.S.
In 2015, this client entrusted Perficient with building its first eCommerce site on Magento Enterprise. After seeing the trend in mobile traffic, BSN Sports realized the next phase of its commerce journey had to focus on increasing conversions from customers.
“We knew we needed to have a mobile site to respond to customers’ needs,” said Paul Kruger, director of internet operations.
We helped them redesign two of its B2B commerce sites, BSNSports.com and USGames.com, with a responsive design. The new sites launched in March 2016. Now when customers visit either site, it adapts the layout to the size of their screen, including smartphones, tablets, or PCs.
