One more attribute is mailbox alias.
If you change UPN on the cloud object, cloud mailbox alias will be changed to match the account name part of the new UPN.
This will not be corrected on the next sync.
If you want these two to be synced again you need to change it on premise to some temp value, rune sync, change to desired value, run final sync.
