I came across this three-minute video from Quintiles, which brilliantly discusses their approach to risk-based monitoring (RBM) and gives viewers a look into a day-in-the-life of an RBM monitoring team. 

Back in June, I mentioned the contract research organization’s (CRO’s) use of Oracle’s clinical applications. (I’d certainly be remiss if I didn’t tell you that Quintiles also leverages Oracle’s safety and pharmacovigilance system!) This video shows exactly how that technology helps enable RBM, the most efficient method of identifying current study data issues and preventing potential ones.
