Based on interviews with six customers, Forrester constructed a TEI framework, a composite company, and an associated ROI analysis that illustrates the areas financially affected. The composite organization that Forrester synthesized from these results represents an organization with the following characteristics:

  • A B2B multinational services company with offices throughout the world.
  • 12,000 employees, with 10,000 Google Apps for Work users.
  • Annual revenue of $4B.
  • 400 managers overseeing employees who are spread out across global offices.
