The Star Tribune published its full list of Top Workplaces in a special section of the newspaper on June 14. The online listing appeared here. Winners were determined solely on employee feedback. Perficient was among a small number of technology and consulting firms included on the list.

Located in Butler Square, Perficient’s Minneapolis office maximizes every last bit of the 10,700-square-foot-space to foster a culture of teamwork. Every member of the team has unique skills, talents and abilities, and the collaborative environment encourages and enables success.
Colleagues continually work to develop new and innovative ways to build a culture based on being a team, from “work-in-office Fridays” to gathering together and attending off-hours user groups, training and charitable events.
The Minneapolis office is also a host to many other business units within Perficient and includes non-local colleagues in office activities. The team takes great pride in its commitment to building consultant excellence by hosting partners on a monthly basis for training.

The Top Workplaces employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with major publishing partners nationwide. More than 2,100 organizations were invited to participate in the survey this year, and just over 69,000 employees shared their views.
Perficient was also honored as a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune in 2013 and 2012 and has received similar honors in the St. Louis, Denver and Chicago markets.
