Windows Azure AutoScale Improvements

A few weeks ago the AutoScale feature was released and it is already getting some great enhancements. AutoScale is still based on CPU usage, though you can now change the scaling based on a schedule. You can set different setting for Week Days, Week Nights, and Weekends. Though you don’t have full control on how the schedules get created. You can now control how you scale to some extent. AutoScale is available for  Cloud Services, VMs and Web Sites.
If you’re interested in finding out more about how to use the AutoScale feature check out Scott Guthrie’s post.
By the way, if you need a Windows Azure subscription, here is the link for a free trial.
