What’s the Buzz on Twitter?

Are you going to Bank Innovation? Tweet about it using the #BI13 hashtag. Let’s start some chatter on social media before we head out! Tell us what topic, session or panelist you’re most interested in hearing from and why.

For me as a marketer, I’m looking forward to hearing from Kimarie Matthews, vice president of social web at Wells Fargo, on the subject of harnessing social media for a better customer experience. Wells is a leader in using social media and collaboration tools. I also forward to hearing from Brad Krogstad on mobile banking, and of course the Perficient panel we’ll be on covering new product strategies and possibilities.
