So many of you are familiar with RACI. It’s a way to track roles and responsibilities in an organization. From a portal governance perspective that can come in pretty handy. During my Lotusphere Presentation, I showed an example RACI spreadsheet and offered it to anyone who wanted it. Here it is.

Your RACI template could also be useful for tracking responsibilities across multiple organizations. For example, (1) the customer who owns the portal, (2) the managed hosting provider who maintains the infrastructure (responsibilities vary significantly here), and (3) any services provider who is performing any other development or maintenance support.
