Productivity Revisited

Recently, I had the chance to meet Vernon Stinebaker, the author of this article on How to be Productive .  He’s a great guy.  I completely agree with his points in his blog post about focus being far better than working way too many hours.  I personally prefer to schedule a project plan for 8 hours instead of 9 hours like some colleagues I’ve met.  I find that gets us into a “I can work myself out of this hole” kind of attitude which inevitably leads to more work, deeper holes, and burnout.
