Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience in human factors, usability, user-centered design and development, and human-computer interaction for hardware, software, web solutions, kiosks and handheld devices. Charlotte is a Principal at Perficient and as the lead of Perficient’s National User Experience Practice, which she founded in 2000, serves as a thought leader for the group.
As one of the pioneers of User Centered Design (UCD) at IBM, a published author, frequent speaker, and active member of the User Experience community, Charlotte has built a strong reputation as an expert in the strategy and delivery of User Experience solutions.
Before joining Perficient in 2000, Charlotte was a human factors and usability specialist at IBM Corp., later as the UCD Curriculum lead, and finally as a Principal in IBM Global Services National Usability Engineering Leadership Practice. Charlotte began her career at IBM in the software development labs providing human factors and usability expertise.
