Salesforce.com has Defined the Customer Journey

Many of us in the marketing profession have been watching #saleforce.com and many others try to rationalize the use of all the different tools at our disposal to reach our markets better, while at the same time, gain more insights into what is trending, where and with whom so we can make better decisions. Not an easy task. For quite a while, we were all swimming in a sea of marketing tools…all the best…sort of like a “marketing tool proliferation madness.” I know that many of my colleagues know exactly what I mean.

Finally, although it took a few years, salesforce.com has pulled together the #Marketing Cloud, which, in my view, rationalizes the tools of the marketing trade today. The best part is that they are all integrated in one cloud and can connected to other tools very easily.
