#HIMSS15 Hot Topic: The Patient’s Experience as a Consumer

shutterstock_102064828I spent some time yesterday with our friends at Oracle in the company’s #HIMSS15 booth exploring how technology enables the patient journey from the moment they learn about a hospital or physician practice to their life cycle of care.

We reviewed Oracle’s portfolio of cloud solutions including:

  • Oracle Social Cloud: Helps marketing teams manage and scale relationships with customers on social media channels. Oracle has integrated the best-in-class social relationship management (SRM) components – social listening, social engagement, social publishing, social content and apps, and social analytics – into one unified cloud service to give you the most complete SRM solution on the market.
  • Oracle Marketing Cloud: Provides data-driven solutions to unify marketing resources and empower teams to deliver more personalized customer experiences across every channel that attract and retain ideal customers.
  • Oracle Service Cloud: Oracle Service Cloud makes it possible for organizations to better understand customers and quickly deliver the right answers at the right time through preferred service channels and devices.

Perficient has a proven track record in the Connected Health space and has helped both providers and payers develop digital strategy and implement Oracle solutions that grow revenue and demonstrate value with a unified yet detailed view of how customers interact with their organization.

Stop by booth #4460 at HIMSS15 to discuss/debate and meet our dynamic team of life sciences and healthcare experts.
