It sounds like there might be a problem with the in place upgrade from the Beta 2 TR version of MOSS 2007 to the RTM version of MOSS 2007 when it comes to My Site creation.
The error that we are seeing looks like this when you try and click on the "My Site" link for the first time to create your personal site:
If you were to look into the log files (located in the folder c:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft Sharedweb server extensions12LOGS on your MOSS server) you would see an exception get thrown that contained the text "System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range".
Microsoft says that they are seeing quite a few of these and they believe that it is a problem with the upgrade process.
